Who are the Friends of the Library?
People who see the library as an integral part of the community. Local businesses concerned with maintaining library excellence in their community. The Friends are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization with a 509(a)(2) status. Meetings are currently held at the library on the third Thursday of each month at 6 PM.

The Friends of the Ludlow Public Library are looking for an interested member to take on important leadership roles to further advance support and awareness of the Hubbard Memorial Library:
- To stimulate interest in its programs and resources…
- To encourage gifts, endowments and memorials to the Library…
- To enhance the Library and heighten its visibility in the community…
- To support the Library in developing its facilities…
- Maintain several Little Libraries around town to supply free books to the community…
